Growing up in the highest village in Britain our brother owners Manachain and Jamie faced some stern winters. This cocktail is inspired by the fortifying porridge their mum would make them to ready them for the winter walks through waist-deep snow. It was a rich, buttery oat porridge, sprinkled with muscovado sugar and doused with a wee nip of Irish whisky. It’s fair to say they started their bartending education early.
